Sit at your table with your feet in the sand as you decide the best dish between the Australian Sicilian (Joe Vargetto) and the Sicilian (Lorena Corso).
You will be served six courses, each with two dishes and you choose your favourite. At the end of the meal, the votes will be counted and the winner named - it will either be Siciliana or Siciliano.
Each course will be served with a matched wine.
Lorena was born and raised in Sicily and she has worked as a chef in the UK and Melbourne, currently at Napier Quarter in Fitzroy.
