To celebrate the Year of the Tiger, Chinoise-style restaurant Miss Chow’s South Perth will hold an extravagant Lunar New Year experience for diners, with a series of traditional Lion Dance performances and a special menu of ‘lucky’ foods.
Lion Dances are said to bring good fortune and chase away evil spirits. The first dance, supported by the City of South Perth, will take place on Wednesday 2 February from 7.30pm. The performance will begin in the restaurant, then continue through to the plaza and along the Foreshore with a stunning backdrop of Perth’s city skyline and Swan River.
Miss Chow’s will also host two additional Lion Dances in the festive period:
Wednesday 2 February – 7:30pm
Saturday 5 February – 7.30pm
Saturday 12 February – 8.15pm
Miss Chow’s South Perth restaurant has crafted a menu of delicious and ‘fortunate’ dishes, including a Prosperity Banquet. Diners will be able to indulge in exclusive Lunar New Year dishes Wagyu Dumplings, Prosperity Salad, Longevity Noodles and Wealth & Treasure.
